Update monitors of two sims to new timestep logic

Two tsuite sims botched after merging newdyna back onto master. The botches are due to changing the timestep logic from using a fraction of the cooling time to tracking the abundance of H+, as the coding originally was.

The monitors are here updated to the current time-stepping algorithm.
