Revert H energies to Peter's dataset

A clash between Hbeta and a Ni15 line occurs when the full Stout database is used. This is a nuisance in our daily test suite runs, as it generates spurious warnings. Yet, a reasonable fix requires significant changes to source.

Revert to Peter van Hoof's calculations of the energy levels in the hydrogen atom. The differences from the current (NIST) dataset are small.
