Exercise 'no molecules heavy' command

A bug reported on the user group (and relating to an rbegin() call in mole_species.cpp) had gone unnoticed because the command above was not exercised in the test suite.

Modify 'no molecules' command in auto/ism_set_cr_rate.in to the one above; the sim was selected because the monitors are left intact under the change.
